So I'm planning to make Pate a Choux swans today.

Pate a Choux
Seems like a challenge, since I tried to make it eggless the last time, and ruined it. I'm also trying to reduce its recipe to make it for two, since I end up making a lot of everything, and there isn't anyone here really to eat it. :(
Our friends live next door, but when I shared desserts with them, they seemed pleasant in the beginning, but started to think I'm a showoff later, so I had to stop that. :D :(
